This 10-minute yoga meditation will guide you through seven yoga positions. You will spend approximately one minute in each yoga pose. If you prefer other yoga positions to the seven included in this video--please do what feels right to you!
The beauty of this video is the meditation will balance your chakras whether you move around or not. Close your eyes. Focus. Breathe deeply. Inhale. Exhale. There is a rainbow inside of you. Can you see it? What colors speak to you? Pay attention.
Use this video morning and night, or whenever you feel icky, prickly, or off balance.
