Grief is how your body heals from major change. I'm talking about feelings of anger, depression, denial, acceptance, and bargaining. Grief shows up to help you heal when:
(1) something major has changed your situation.
That's it. There are billions of examples of change. This is because we are supposed to change. We are supposed to grow. Growth hurts! I hear you. I'm here for you.
